Cinnamon

 
Cinnamon is widely used as Coffee Stirrer, Bakery, Spice Aromatics, beef, curries, spinach, stewed fruits, etc .  We are the direct plantation owner of our own several Cinnamon Plantations in home of the best Cinnamon in the world: "Cassiavera Korintji", as almost 50% of the world's cinnamon comes from our area and the product from our plantation has been sold to world class exporters and premium buyers throughout the world.

  • Harvest            :    14 day before shipment
  • Product Process:    Sun dry ( free fungus and insect for feed for  human consumption )
  • Moisture content: 14 % max.

  1. "Raw KM" - Oil Content > 4.0 %, Size 90 cm - 120 cm, or custom
  2. "Raw KF" - Oil Content > 3.2-3.6%, Size 90 cm - 120 cm, or custom
  3. "Raw KS"- Oil Content > 2.5-2.8%, Size 90 cm - 120 cm, or custom
  4. "Raw KA" - Oil Content > 2.2-2.5%, Size 90 mm - 120 cm, or custom
  5. "AA" Stick and "A" Stick KM/KF/KAS/KA- Oil Content follows above, Size 25 mm - 500 mm
  6. "BROKEN KM/KF/KS/KA", oil content follows above
  7. "POWDER KM/KF/KS/KA" oil content follows above
  8. "UNWASHED STICK" - Cassiavera stick unwashed, Size: 5/10/15/25 cm, or custom
