Coconut Creams


Coconut cream is a creamy white, sterilized and homogenized product from the natural extract of coconut kernel.

·         Colour and Appearance: Creamy white
Flavour: Sweet and natural, free from foreign
·         Viscosity: Pour able, not more than 2000 cps at 30° C

·         Fat Content: 24.0 ± 1 %
·         Dry matter: 28% - 32%
·         Free Fatty Acid: 0.1 maximum (lauric of extracted oil)
·         pH: 6.0 minimum

SHELF  LIFE
The product shall be stored at ambient temperature for optimum shelf life. Product is to be handled with care. Store in a dry and well ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze (less than 4° C) which will cause irreversible separation of the product.
·         Branded product, shelf life : 15 months under good storage condition
·         Non branded, shelf life : 1 months under good storage condition
